Desktop Integration Package 12.0

You can deploy the Desktop Integration Package (DIP) to make .NET Front-End or JavaScript (Desktop Integration Package 12.0.1840+ (June 2016)) search interfaces available from the Windows Desktop Searchbar and in the Microsoft Outlook Sidebar (see Desktop Integration Package Deployment Overview).

Together with the Desktop connector, the DIP allows end-users to index content on their own workstation (see Desktop Connector).
