Diagnostic Tool - System Status Tab

When you notice a problem in Coveo Enterprise Search 7 (CES 7) and open a support case, Coveo Support needs information regarding your on-premises setup and your CES 7 use to identify the cause and ultimately fix the issue.

Instead of finding and manually sending files and logs to Coveo Support, you can use the System Status tab of the Coveo Diagnostic Tool to generate and send a complete system status automatically.

Note: Coveo Diagnostic Tool 7.0.90+ (June 2017) The system status now also contains the information of mirror servers when the servers (master and mirror) have internet access .
