Jive 5/SBS/Clearspace Connector Requirements

Your environment must meet the following requirements to be able to use the Coveo connector for Jive 5/SBS/Clearspace communities:

• Coveo license for the Jive 5/SBS/Clearspace connector

  Your Coveo license must include support for the Jive 5/SBS/Clearspace connector to be able to use this connector. You can see the currently supported connectors from the Administration Tool (see What Information Is Displayed in the License Page?).

• Supported Jive products

  The Jive connector works with Jive 5.0, Jive SBS 4.5, SBS 4.0, SBS 3.0, and Clearspace 2.5 (2.5.5 and 2.5.7).

  Note: You need to use the new Jive connector to index Jive 6 content (see Jive Connector) .
