Opening the Coveo Diagnostic Tool
Note: Only a Windows administrator can access the Diagnostic Tool.
To open the Diagnostic Tool

Using the Windows Start menu:

Using an administrator account, connect to the Coveo Master server.

On the Windows Start menu, search and select Coveo Diagnostic Tool.

Using the Diagnostic Tool URL:

Using an administrator account, connect to the Coveo Master server.
Note: The Diagnostic Tool is only accessible from the Coveo Coveo Master server.

Open an internet browser.

In a browser address bar, enter the Diagnostic Tool URL in the form:
[Coveo_Master_Server]:[Port]
Note: The default Diagnostic Tool port is 52581.
Examples:

When you are logged into the Coveo server, use: http://localhost:52581

From any computer, use: http://MyCoveoServer:52581 or http://MyCoveoServer.MyDomain.com:52581
Note: If you get an error when trying to access the Diagnostic Tool from a remote computer, make sure that:

The URL contains the appropriate port.

The firewall on the Coveo server is allowing communications through the port.

In the Authentication Required dialog box that appears, enter the user name and password of a Windows administrator, and click OK.
